MMPCU Offers More to First Home Buyers

Looking to buy or build your first home?

Good news! The First Home Owner Grant Boost has been extended.

The Australian Government has announced that as part of the 2009/2010 Budget, the First Home Owner Grant Boost will be extended to 30 September 2009 (reducing by 50% to 31 December 2009).

In addition to the $7,000 First Home Owner Grant, the scheme includes:

  • An extra $7,000 for buying an established home
  • An extra $14,000 for buying or building a new home

MMPCU is a First Home Owner Grant approved agent so we can process your grant application at the same time as your loan.
