Mark Genovese

Mark has had over 25 years experience within the Australian Credit Union Movement. He has held several General Management positions with different Credit Unions as well as spending over 8 years at Australia’s peak Credit Union body, Credit Union Services Corporation Australia Limited (Cuscal). He is currently a Director of Cuscal and Transaction Solutions and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants.

Mark has also been involved in the Australian Credit Union Movement's development within the South Pacific and South East Asian regions, and domestic development activities within rural and regional Australia, including indigenous communities.

Mark is the son of a self-confessed “Credit Union junkie” - his father Alex managed one of Sydney’s most successful Credit Unions for over 30 years.

Danny Pavisic 

Danny has over 30 years experience within the financial services industry having worked in senior roles with a major Australian bank as well as the peak Credit Union body, CUSCAL.  He is responsible for the development, pricing, profitability, risk and compliance of all products whilst ensuring that the lending, operational, administrative, finance, HR, IT, risk and compliance functions support our commercial objectives. 

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Management Practice, is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Fellow of the Australian Mutuals Institute (AMI).

Adrian Finch

Adrian has worked in the finance industry both in Australia and the UK for over 30 years. After 10 years on the trading floor of the London Stock Exchange, he held senior management positions in Australia with prominent financial institutions in financial markets trading and Treasury roles as well as managing business development and key relationship management areas.

For the last 15 years Adrian has been involved with the Australian credit union movement, including over 10 years in senior management positions with Cuscal, Australia’s peak credit union body.Adrian is a member of the Australian Mutuals Institute.

Jo Charles

Jo first began working for the Credit Union in 1997 and returned in 2006. Jo has extensive experience in a number of operational positions within the Credit Union as well as a back ground in a variety of sales and service environments.  Since joining the Credit Union, Jo has held positions across a number of business areas gathering a range of knowledge and experience and in 2011 was appointed to our Executive Management Team.

In 2009, she participated in a Leadership Challenge with CUFA (Credit Union Foundation Australia) in Cambodia, which connects with the Cambodian communities and their Financial Cooperative Movement (Savings Banks). Jo is a member of the Australian Mutuals Institute and has completed studies at the Mt Eliza Business School.
