Mark Genovese
Mark has had over 25 years experience within the Australian Credit Union Movement. He has held several General Management positions with different Credit Unions as well as spending
over 8 years at Australia’s peak Credit Union body, Credit Union Services Corporation Australia Limited (CUSCAL).
Mark has also been involved in the Australian Credit Union Movement's development within the South Pacific and South East Asian regions, and domestic development activities within rural and regional Australia, including indigenous communities.
Mark is the son of a self-confessed “Credit Union junkie” - his father Alex managed one of Sydney’s most successful Credit Unions for over 30 years.
General Manager / Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Vince Del Zio
Vince has worked in the Credit Union Industry for over 23 years. During this time he has held a number of senior executive roles including General Manager of Shell Employees Credit Union in 1996 and also Chief Executive Officer of Power Credit Union for the past 10 years. He is currently a member of both the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and also the Australasian Mutuals Institute (AMI) where he was formally a Director for 2 years when it was known as the Australian Institute of Credit Union Managers (AICUM).
A self confessed sports nut he loves playing golf, watching his son play soccer and following his beloved Manly Sea-Eagles...

Danny Pavisic
Danny has been working in the finance industry for over 27 years in a number of senior roles, including with a major financial institution and over 4 years with Australia’s peak Credit Union body, CUSCAL. He has been with the Credit Union for the past 4 years and was the Deputy CEO of Maritime Workers Credit Union where he was responsible for marketing, business development and lending.
He holds a Graduate Diploma in Management Practice, is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Fellow of the Australian Mutuals Institute (AMI).

Eliza Bordin
Eliza has worked in the field of credit control for 18 years primarily within the Credit Union industry where she has dedicated 15 of those years. Working her way through the ranks of the Credit Union she has spent the past 10 years with Power Credit Union. Holding the position of Deputy CEO she has overseen an extensive part of the Credit Union’s business, however always holding a primary focus on the credit area of Power encompassing loans and collections.
